Imagine a learning environment where every employee, no matter which part of the globe they reside in, can access the same high-quality employee training materials in their preferred language. With our new Multi Language Capability, this level of accessibility is now a reality.

What It Is

The Multi-Language Capability allows each published Studio Doc to be translated into multiple languages. This means that learners can now select their preferred language to engage with the Studio module. And that’s not all—progress tracking remains consistent across languages, allowing learners to switch between languages at any point without losing their place or progress.

How It Works

Our system has been designed to be user-friendly and streamlined for both admins and learners:

Admin Features:

• Language Selection: Admins will be prompted to select the primary language for the main document when creating a Studio Doc.
• Manual or AI Translation: Admins can then choose to translate the document into another language either manually or by leveraging our AI translation feature, which is currently in BETA.
• Touch-Up Option: After creating the translated version, Admins can use the ‘touchup’ option to manually review and correct any potential inaccuracies or errors generated by the AI translator.
• Preview Capability: Admins have the ability to preview and edit the translated versions to ensure that the content meets the required standards before it is published.

Learner Features:

• Language Selection Dropdown: For documents offering multiple language options, learners will see a language selection dropdown within the document viewing interface. This enables them to choose and switch to their preferred language seamlessly.
• Consistent Progress Tracking: Regardless of the language selected, learner progress is tracked uniformly across all language versions. This ensures that learners can switch languages mid-course without losing their progress.

With many of our customers expanding their global presence, accommodating multiple languages and ensuring localization has never been more important.

We built the Multi-Language Capability feature in response to valuable feedback from our customers. Many expressed the desire to house all language versions of a document within a single course. This enhancement ensures that they no longer have to create multiple courses covering the same topic just to cater to different languages. It streamlines the employee training process and makes content management more efficient.

Embracing AI:

In addition to providing a multilingual eLearning experience, this new capability also allows us to integrate more AI-powered features into our Learning Management System (LMS). With AI continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, our Beta AI translation tool is just the beginning.
