Why should I choose SkyPrep?

You’re here to build your training program. You’re not here to get frustrated trying to learn HOW to build your training program. That means less time and effort learning how to use our platform, and more time spent actually training and being productive. Most importantly, we guarantee that your learners will know how to use the platform within minutes of logging in, or we’ll personally train them.

How’s your pricing different than your competitors?

We only charge you based on the number of learners that actually use your platform each month (i.e. the number of active users). You can have an unlimited number of people enrolled into your system, but you only pay for the ones who are actually logging in that particular month. With SkyPrep, you only pay for what you use. Pick a plan that suits the number of estimated users you will have per month, but you can always switch between plans. Please note that all prices are in USD.

Can I sell courses?

Yes, with SkyPrep, you can sell your courses online. If you use our selling system, PayPal would be your merchant account. There are no commission fees on course sales when you are on a SkyPrep plan. You can also opt to use your own ecommerce system.

Can I change plans?

Yes. With SkyPrep you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. When you cancel your account you will not be charged for your next billing cycle. Your final bill will be whatever is owed on your current billing cycle.

What is an active user?

You can register an unlimited number of users, but you will be only charged based on the number of active users. An active user is each unique person who logs into your platform. They can login an unlimited number of times during the billing cycle and are given full access to their courses. Each billing cycle your monthly active user quota resets.

What if I exceed the number of users in my plan?

If you exceed your monthly active user quota, you will be charged $5 per user for that month, as an overage fee ($0.50 if you are on the Enterprise plan). However, you can switch to a higher plan anytime if it suits you so you don't pay overage.

What if I want more than 1000 users on my account?

If you require a much larger user base for your online training platform, you can contact us for specialized pricing.

What forms of payment do your accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. For annual plans we accept certified checks, PayPal and wire transfers.

Will I keep my content when I upgrade to a paid plan?

Yes, all your content and users will remain on your platform when you upgrade to one of our paid plans.
