You’re here to build your training program, not learn how to build your training program. Less time and effort learning how to use our platform means more time spent actually training and being productive.
An active user is a person who actually logs into your platform — subsequent logins from an active user will not count towards your user limit. Each billing cycle resets your monthly active user quota.
You will be charged an overage fee for every additional user over your limit, unless you choose to upgrade. If you upgrade to a plan that allows for the number of users that have logged in before your bill is due, you will not be charged.

With SkyPrep, you only pay for what you use. You can have an unlimited number of people enrolled into your system, but you only pay for the ones who are actually logging in that particular month. Pick a plan that suits the number of estimated users you will have per month, but you can always switch between plans if the need arises in the future. All prices are in USD.
Yes! With SkyPrep, you can easily sell your courses online. If you use our selling system, you can choose between being paid through PayPal or Stripe, or opt to use your own ecommerce system. There are also no commission fees on course sales when you are on a SkyPrep plan — the money you make is the money you keep.
Yes. With SkyPrep you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. When you cancel your account, you will not be charged for your next billing cycle. Your final bill will be whatever is owed for your current billing cycle.

Yes, all of your content and users will remain on your platform when you upgrade to one of our paid plans.
