*What is the Beta account?
For a limited time, anyone who registers will get a 4-month free beta version. This version comes with all of the features of the paid app. After that, all beta users will get plans at 50% for one year. The eCommerce platform is not free for 4-months, however, clients who do register to the eCommerce platform will only pay a 10% commission fee per user.
How does the eCommerce platform pricing work?
The SkyPrep eCommerce platform is easy to use with no risk and no up front cost. We charge you when you start making money. We take a 10% commission from every sale you make. Other then that, there is no setup cost, monthly charge, merchant fees, and transaction fees. If you require additional services, such as SEO, website design and integration with your merchant account please contact us.
How do I get paid from selling my courses online?
You must open a PayPal account and we will transfer you the funds.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
All our accounts begin with a 30-day free trial account. There is no credit card required with a free trial. You can upgrade at anytime during the first 30 days. There are no contracts with our paid accounts.
What if I exceed the number of users in my plan?
If you exceed the number of users in your account, you can either switch between plans for the month or you can choose to pay the additional fee per user.
Can I change between plans?
Yes. At anytime you can change between our various plans. You cannot change a paid plan to the free basic account.
How can I cancel?
With SkyPrep there are no contracts, so you can cancel your account at anytime. You will not be charged on your next month’s bill.
What if I want more than 750 users on my account?
Any additional users over 750 users will cost you $1 per user per month. If you require a much larger user base, you can contact us for specialized pricing.
What forms of payment do your accept?
After your 30 day free trial, we can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
